I had an issue were the app wouldn’t even open for me. I’m assuming there’s some app that conflicts with the Sky Go app. I have had the same issue and followed your instructions but the app still does not work. I have been having trouble starting Sky go on my windows 11 PC for a while.

• First reset your broadband router.If on Sky broadband hold the Reset on the back of the router until the power light flashes green (about 10 seconds).

My computer had citrix workspace installed on it for work. I’ve been trying to resolve a problem where the Sky Go screen had gone to a smaller fixed size on the laptop and you couldn’t expand it. When I unchecked the box pressed Apply then reloaded the app it had gone back to display the app across the full screen.
